
As its celebrated World Meat Series enters its 10th year, Bedrock Bar & Grill commemorates this milestone with a 6-course tasting menu to feature 10 different meats, elevating the experience from its previous five-course singular meat format. The 2026 World Meat Series Edition I menu ($158++ per person) sees cherished favourites from the past decade served alongside exclusive new offerings, including the highly coveted Hanwoo beef from Korea. This curated spread will tantalise meat connoisseurs and those seeking a distinctive dining experience, offering a memorable culinary event to kick start the new year.
Drawing discerning diners to the renowned steakhouse since its inception in 2016, the World Meat Series at Bedrock Bar & Grill has been showcasing a selection of premium and lesser-known meats from around the world.
Available from 14 January to 31 March 2026, the special launch night on 14 January welcomes diners with a complimentary wine pairing featuring carefully selected French wines that complement each course. For the remaining promotional period, guests can add the curated wine pairing, for an additional $88++ per person.
