Negroni Week 2026 kicks off in Singapore at Milli Lounge on 21 September, bringing together the cocktail community to celebrate one of the world’s most iconic cocktails while supporting Slow Food’s global movement for good, clean and fair food.
The evening will feature the announcement of the Campari Red Hands 2026 finalists, an annual international bartending competition celebrating creativity and craftsmanship with Campari as a canvas. Following the announcement, Jakarta’s acclaimed Hats Bar will take over from 7.30pm to 11.30pm for a one-night-only guest shift.
Recognised as Asia’s 50 Best Bars’ One to Watch, Hats Bar is known for its narrative-driven approach to cocktail making, bringing unexpected ingredients, storytelling and meticulous technique to Singapore. The award-winning team will present three exclusive cocktails with Campari at the foundation of each creation, ranging from bright, fruit-forward flavours to deeper, bittersweet serves layered with richer spirits and dark chocolate notes.
