Award-winning Hong Kong bartender Jade Lau will be taking over Burnt Ends Bar for a one-night-only guest shift on 4 April 2026.
Jade is currently Brand Ambassador for Pernod Ricard (Hong Kong & Macau) and was previously Head Bartender at The Old Man in Hong Kong, a bar that ranked #1 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars and #9 on World’s 50 Best Bars in 2019.
For the guest shift, Jade will be serving a special menu of cocktails created exclusively for the evening, highlighting her signature style and ingredients.
