On 1 August 2026, Baia, the rooftop dining lounge bar by the ilLido Group behind beloved dining destinations such as Sospiri, Les Canons and Southbridge, partners with lifestyle collective 100% to present the 100% Latin Rooftop Brunch Party, an energetic afternoon of Latin-inspired dining, free-flow drinks and live entertainment set against panoramic Marina Bay views. Bringing together vibrant flavours, music and entertainment in one rooftop destination, the one-day event transforms Baia into a lively celebration of Latin culture from afternoon through sunset.
From 12pm to 4pm, guests can indulge in a lavish Latin-inspired buffet featuring interactive live food stations including freshly shucked oysters, ceviche, tacos, asado and churros, complemented by four hours of free-flow beverages.
The standard package includes Ca’ Vescovo NV Prosecco, Arlequin 2017 GSM, Andrew Peace Chardonnay, Menabrea Lager, Toschi Espresso Martinis in Tiramisu, Amaretto and Tobacco, Aperol Spritz, Baia’s signature Caipirinhas in Classic, Strawberry Basil and Passionfruit, as well as the Salsa Roja Fizz and Agua de Jamaica mocktails.
