The World Oyster Festival is back.
Returning for its 14th edition, Greenwood Fish Market’s annual oyster celebration brings together 25 oyster varietals from 9 countries, including three new French oysters making their debut this year.
From creamy Pacific favourites to bright, mineral-driven European classics, this is your chance to taste oysters from around the world side by side and discover just how different each one can be.
All oysters are imported live, freshly shucked to order, and available for dine-in, takeaway and delivery throughout July. Guests may mix and match oysters à la carte from $4.95++, or explore a chef-curated 16pc tasting platter featuring eight different varietals at just $119.95++.
