Hey Honeys! To show you readers just how much we love you, we’ve got a very special treat planned at Asian fusion restaurant Ding Dong.
From now till the end of October, chow down on the restaurant’s spanking new four-course set lunch at just $50. Named Strait-Up, the Southeast Asian-inspired feast is crafted by head chef Jet Lo and features signatures made with familiar spices and ingredients from around the region. What’s more, you get to choose between two tempting creations for every course!
Homemade pancake with spiced minced pork at Ding Dong
To start, choose between the pickled papaya and mango salad, or the Asian wagyu beef tartare. You also get to pick either the homemade pancake with spiced minced pork (it’s chef’s personal favourite, by the way), or the Ding Dong blue lobster bao. For mains, there’s the red curry wagyu short rib and the gold band snapper with garam masala. Then, finish off with the gula melaka with sago pudding and coconut ice cream, or the textures of chocolate and kaya. Each set lunch comes with a bowl of rice and The Holly—a gin and tonic cocktail with a dash of Korean raspberry wine.
Be the first few to get a taste of this set lunch ahead of everyone else! Simply mention “Honeycombers” when making reservations for lunch (Monday to Friday, 12pm to 3pm) – easy peasy. Told you guys we heart you!
The Ding Dong x Honeycombers Strait-Up set lunch ($50++ per person) is available from now till 31 October, Monday through Friday, 12pm to 3pm.
