Throw a fuss-free dinner party by ordering a ready-made spread from Cafe Noël’s holiday takeaway menu
For those not blessed with the culinary know-how of domestic goddess Martha Stewart, whipping up a decent Christmas feast can be a chore. If you’re no whiz at roasting turkeys and can’t bake a basic log cake to save your life, it’s okay to loosen those apron strings and cheat a little. Café Noël at Fairmont Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford has a scrumptious catalogue of Christmas dishes including eight new types of desserts and signature mains, for an epic meal that you can put together in a jiffy.

Roasts, hams or cheesy, baked pastas – you name it, they’ve got it
A traditional Christmas dinner isn’t complete without the all-important stuffed turkeys and juicy roasts. Cafe Noël is dishing out handmade lasagna baked with beef bolognese ($71 for six pax), crispy pork knuckle ($41 for 1 kg), turkey stuffed with chestnuts and drizzled in giblet gravy ($182 for 4.5kg) and honey baked ham with port gravy and applesauce ($39 for 1kg), among other delectable highlights. Add on a generous portion of roasted root vegetables, brussels sprouts and potato gratin (all $28 for 4 pax), and you’ll be hitting the homerun with your guests.

Refreshing desserts and pastries for a sweet ending
We don’t know about you, but there is no such thing as too much cake in our book! Make your dinner a truly satisfying one by bringing forth a (delightful) load of sweet treats. The dome-shaped ruby peach raspberry mousse cake ($43/$84 for 0.5kg/1kg), that has fresh raspberries and creamy almond mousse; coconut almond tart ($32/$62 for 0.5kg/1kg), a sticky sponge cake sprinkled with edible gold dust; mango yoghurt apricot cream cake ($32/$62 for 0.5kg/1kg), made with fresh mangoes in yoghurt and apricot pudding; blueberry cheesecake ($43/$84 for 0.5kg/1kg) and hazelnut praline cake ($34/$64 for 0.5kg/1kg) topped with caramel nuggets are on top of our unmissable indulgences. And who can forget the quintessential log cake? Cafe Noël has two unconventional offerings – the caramel chocolate chip yule log ($43/$84 for 0.5kg/1kg) that’s layered with sticky chocolate sponge cake and caramel, and the chestnut and green tea yule log ($43/$84 for 0.5kg/1kg), a chestnut sponge cake with chestnut cream and green tea infusion.
