We’re putting the spotlight on Adelphia Lim, the founder of the social media agency For The Love of Socials, and her passion for storytelling.
Here at Honeycombers, we’re all about celebrating talents in Singapore and shouting out amazing businesses. This month, we’re shining the spotlight on For The Love of Socials by founder Adelphia Lim. Read on for insights into her work and her entrepreneurial journey.

Tell us about your business and why you do what you do.
For The Love of Socials began with a simple belief: impactful businesses deserve meaningful storytelling. As the founder, I started this journey to help heart-centered brands in health and wellness shine online. With a deep love for social media and over a decade of marketing experience, I’ve built an agency that pairs strategy with soul – where every piece of content has purpose.
What truly drives me is the people. I’m inspired by the entrepreneurs I meet – their passion, their dreams and their grit. I know firsthand how overwhelming marketing can be when you’re running a business, so my team and I step in to take that load off, allowing our clients to focus on what they do best.
We aren’t just another agency, we’re an extension of our clients’ teams. Every win they achieve feels like our own. That’s why I do what I do: because when they grow, we grow together.
How has your business evolved over the years, and what have you learned from that?
For The Love of Socials has evolved from just me being a one-woman show to a thriving team united by a passion for impactful storytelling. When I started, it was just me, my laptop, and a heart full of ambition. Today, we’re a close-knit agency helping health and wellness brands bring their visions to life through strategic, soul-driven content.
The biggest evolution? Learning that success isn’t just about growth – it’s about alignment. Over time, we became more selective, choosing to work with brands whose missions we truly believe in. It’s this alignment that has brought not only better results for our clients but also deeper fulfilment for us as a team.
I’ve learnt that people are everything. A strong team and genuine client relationships are what fuel sustainable success. And most importantly, I’ve learnt that it’s okay to grow at your own pace. As long as you’re growing with purpose.
Share with us the most rewarding and challenging parts of your work.
The most rewarding part of my work is witnessing our clients’ growth and knowing that we played a part in their success. Whether it’s seeing their community flourish online or watching their sales soar after a campaign, it’s incredibly fulfilling to know that our strategies are making a real impact. I’m especially proud when clients tell us they finally feel seen and heard through their digital presence.
On the flip side, the most challenging part is balancing creativity with results. Social media changes constantly, and there’s no one-size-fits-all formula. It takes persistence and experimentation to find what resonates. Additionally, as a founder, wearing multiple hats – from creative director to problem solver – can be overwhelming.
But through it all, the challenges make the wins even sweeter. They push me to learn, adapt, and grow alongside my team and clients. The reward is always worth the hustle.

Where do you draw inspiration and ideas from?
I draw inspiration from the incredible people I’m surrounded by – our clients, my team, and fellow entrepreneurs in my community. Hearing their stories, challenges, and victories fuels my creativity and shapes the way we approach social media.
I also find inspiration in everyday life. From conversations during networking events to scrolling through social platforms and staying on top of trends, ideas are everywhere if you’re open to seeing them.
But beyond trends, I believe in the power of listening. Often, the best ideas come from truly understanding a client’s passion and vision. I’m inspired by their ‘why’ and use that as a compass to craft meaningful campaigns that connect with their audience.
Lastly, I draw a lot from my own entrepreneurial journey – the wins, the setbacks, and everything in between. Every experience, good or bad, becomes a source of inspiration to help my clients tell their stories authentically.
What sets you apart from others?
What sets For The Love of Socials apart is our heart-led approach and deep commitment to the brands we work with. We’re not just another agency; we’re your marketing partners. We immerse ourselves fully in our clients’ journeys, treating their brands like our own and celebrating every milestone with them.
Our niche in health, wellness, and lifestyle brands allows us to bring specialised industry knowledge while crafting campaigns that truly resonate with their audiences. We blend the strategic expertise of a large agency with the personal touch of a close-knit team, ensuring every piece of content is crafted with care and intention.
Transparency is key and we never overpromise. We educate our clients on how social media fits into the broader marketing ecosystem and guide them on using it effectively.
Above all, it’s our passion for storytelling and building meaningful relationships that drives results and fosters long-term success for our clients.
Anything exciting coming up in the pipeline?
I’m beyond excited for what’s ahead as I prepare to launch SANITY, a digital wellness publication designed to support Gen Zs and Millennials in navigating the complexities of modern life. Having spent years helping brands build their online presence through For The Love of Socials, I felt a deep calling to create something meaningful for the community. A platform that prioritises mental, emotional, and physical well-being in a way that feels relatable and accessible.
SANITY will be a space for insightful conversations, expert advice, and real stories that empower individuals to find balance, joy, and, of course, sanity in their everyday lives.
This project is also a beautiful extension of what we already do at FTLOS, giving our current wellness clients an opportunity to reach a wider audience and make a bigger impact. It’s the start of something truly special, and I can’t wait to share it with the world. Stay tuned!
If your business were a superhero, what would its superpower be and why?
Mind reading: the ability to deeply understand our clients’ thoughts, visions, and needs, even before they say a word.
We pride ourselves on truly getting our clients – their brand, their goals and their heart – and translating that into social media magic. From capturing their brand voice to anticipating their audience’s desires, we craft content that feels authentic, compelling, and completely aligned with their vision.
Our ‘mind-reading’ powers also extend to their audiences. We know what sparks engagement, what drives clicks, and what keeps followers coming back for more.
And the best part? Our clients often say, “It’s like you just get us.” That’s the FTLOS difference because we don’t just create content, we create connection.

What’s the best feedback you’ve ever received?
“You just get us, you make the process of working together feel fun, not icky, and always put us at ease. It feels like you’re part of our team, not just an agency.”
This feedback captures exactly what we aim for at For The Love of Socials: becoming an extension of our clients’ businesses, sharing their passion, and championing their brand as if it were our own!
If you were to be remembered for one thing, what would you want it to be?
I want to be remembered for how I treated people – with kindness, generosity, and a spirit of collaboration. I believe in sharing knowledge over guarding it, embracing cooperation over competition, and always being open to helping others grow alongside me. This approach defines both my personal ethos and our business model.
