The Dispensary
A new offering from Aqua Restaurant Group in Tai Kwun, The Dispensary blends Hong Kong’s Chinese and British heritage together, to create a unique drinking experience in the heart of the city. Sit back and enjoy a menu designed by Head mixologist Isabella Vannoni, including The Crown, a mix of Tanqueray Gin shaken with Campari, lemon juice, rhubarb cordial and of course carrot juice mixed with aromatic Peychaud’s Bitter. The dispensary even has two verandahs for guests to enjoy their tipple.

Mudita
Taking up the space once occupied by FLY, Buzz has just opened its new late night lounge and music concept: Mudita. Designed by Joyce Wang, guests can expect amazing live music performances throughout the week, alongside delightfully designed cocktails for the most discerning crowds.

Terrible Baby
Music lovers will not want to miss out on newly-opened Terrible Baby, located on the 4th floor of Eaton HK by Eaton Workshop. With a menu designed by Edgar Santillan, the bar is bringing a new wave of cocktail culture to the Jordan district, and the interiors blend vintage feels with contemporary style. Sip on a Terrible Mary, a spicy recovery drink featuring pink peppercorn vodka, as you sit back a listen to performances from local and international musicians.
