What’s going to be happening at Her Health & Wellness at The Hive?
We’re so glad you asked! Finally!
On top of the short talks, you’ll be plied with healthy snacks as you browse the wellness goodies on offer in the the marketplace. You’ll also have the opportunity to speak one-to-one with the healthcare professionals, so you can ask those questions you’ve always pondered in a safe space AND FOR FREE!
Why should I be there?
- We’ll be there!
- If you don’t look after you, then who will?
- You’ll be able to chat about all those topics we so often shy away from: anxiety, contraception, dangerous skin problems, and more
- There’s going to be food
- It’s a chance to hang out with your girl gang (and to chat with some new friends)
If that’s not enough to get you out of the house on a Saturday, then add in the fact that you can opt in to a stretch session where you’ll learn some new ways to move your body, and you’ll have to be sold. Right? See you in your finest athleisure wear at Her Health & Wellness on 16 March!
