If you're a lash fan, then you definitely need to make a visit to Cerynne Nail Lash Brow in Central
There’s nothing like a little self care. From a new hairstyle from one of the best hair salons in Hong Kong or an affordable massage, when we take a little time for ourselves we quickly feel some pep in our step. Recently, we discovered Cerynne Nail Lash Brow, a beauty studio in Central. Take a look at our review below.
Welcome to Cerynne

Located on On Lan Street, Cerynne is a calm, clean and welcoming little studio that is known for its lash extension, brow tattoo and nail services. Having launched in 2016, it has become a popular spot for the ladies of Hong Kong with lash extensions starting from $580, and I was excited to try out their services.
The lashes
Even though Cerynne offers a range of services, we came to get some va-va-voom lashes. The first step was a consultation with the lash artist where we discussed what kind of style we wanted. We covered everything from thickness to curl to length, style and volume and came up with the perfect look for my eyes. The salon uses a Japanese technique that ensures that each of your own lashes won’t stick together, this technique also places the false lash at least 1mm away from your skin to avoid any sensitivity. At Cerynne, the lashes used are largely from Japan and are made from polyester, making them more durable and suitable for vegans.
The treatment

At Cerynne, each lash chair is separated with curtains between which adds to the privacy and luxe feel of the studio. When the time came to apply the lashes, I relaxed and listened to a podcast as the lash artist went to work. She worked swiftly and was very gentle, and it was obvious that she was a pro. After the first eye was done, we discussed to see if I was happy with the style and look (which I was) before she got started on the second eye.
The final look
I love, love, loved my lash extensions from Cerynne. They were exactly what I wanted: full with a winged look, and I was surprised how quick the lash artist was at applying them, as I’ve been hours when getting extensions at other places.
Before I left the salon, they gave me an after-care tool kit complete with a lash brush and cleaning tips. I was advised to keep the extensions dry for four hours and to avoid oil-based makeup remover.
Longevity

One of the big things when it comes to lashes is fall-out. After two weeks of having the extensions on, my lashes still looked fabulous and I hadn’t visibly noticed any fall. The lashes are said to last you around 3-4 weeks, and for me I only started to see them dropping after four weeks.
I was impressed with the service at Cerynne and I will definitely be back for another set of lashes soon.
