You’ll love it because… Nusa By/Suka has captured the charm and comfort of rustic Mediterranean cuisine, whilst also creating an elegant and refined contemporary dining experience. Chef Robby Tan and Chef Deny Krisna take you across the delicious landscapes of The Med’s western coastlines to recreate the true essence of Mediterranean dining. Bold and full of flavour, each dish is meticulously-crafted using fiery primitive cooking techniques, showcasing the highest quality locally-sourced ingredients, alongside classic Mediterranean herbs and spices. Swap and share small and large plates wood-fired to perfection, from succulent meats and seafood, to homemade pastas and artisanal pizzas. And to top it all off, the signature cocktails follow the menu’s lead, mixing European flavours with Balinese spirits.
You’ll want to try the… wood-fired signatures. Try the MB5+ Black Angus Picanha with chimichurri and smoked paprika butter, or the twice-cooked lamb shank that melts off the bone, served with rich Persian lamb jus, mixed herbs and sprinkles of pomegranate seeds. Make it a surf and turf dinner by also ordering up the pan-seared salmon with a lemon-herb sauce, or stick to the veggie-friendly wood-roasted pumpkin and quinoa salad. Treat yourself to a sweet dessert (hellooo pour-over tiramisu!), and finish off with the barrel-aged Negroni for the perfect nightcap.
