Office desks are sooo last year. So if you're a digital nomad that swapped the 9-5 grind for international Zoom calls, check out these coworking spaces in Bali.
The coworking spaces in Bali were never part of the plan. Most of us came here to escape the office fluorescent lights and the Sunday-night dread. Then a few weeks in, the cravings kick in. A proper desk, fast wifi, and aircon that actually works (you know how hot Bali can get). But fortunately, Bali’s “island offices” are as innovative and creative as you’d expect, think soundproof video-call rooms, poolside desks and power-nap nooks. Some even throw in community extras like trivia nights or karaoke after hours!
So grab your laptop and take your pick of one of these top coworking spaces in Bali. At these spots, you’ll find plenty of fellow nomads deep in their own deadlines. There’s good food on hand too, for when the coffee alone won’t cut it. These are the spaces I keep going back to when I actually need to get work done, sorted by area so you can find a desk near your base.
Why trust this guide
Hello! I’m Erick, and I’m a digital nomad here in Bali, so I know exactly how much a good workspace matters when you’re trying to get things done. I’m based in Sanur, but I’ve made it my mission to help anyone who’s just landed on the island settle in faster. Not only have I tried these coworking spaces, I’ve also talked to the fellow digital nomads I met there. So here’s the list I’d pick from myself, complete with the perks (and the heads-ups) to help you find the desk that fits.

THE BEST COWORKING SPACES IN CANGGU
Canggu is the island’s coworking capital. It’s where the highest concentration of nomads, cafes and dedicated spaces is, so if you want the busiest scene and the most choice, you’ll find it here (along with the worst traffic, fair warning).
1. Tropical Nomad Coworking Space
The open-air Canggu classic where the cafe out front is free to work from and the coworking runs 24/7.

Cruise past this place on the infamous Canggu shortcut and you’ll spot hordes of Canggu’s digital nomads working away in a white space full of indoor palms. Most of them have an americano within reach. Tropical Nomad is set over two floors, with a bright open coworking area on the ground floor and a quieter zone upstairs, complete with a breezy balcony over the rice fields. Choose from hourly, daily and unlimited coworking memberships, or nab your very own dedicated desk space to co-work, network, or simply settle in to find some inspiration.
Good to know: The free cafe area is the move for a first visit or a casual session. Save the day pass for when you need aircon, quiet and a proper desk.
Price: Day passes from around IDR 260,000, monthly memberships from around IDR 1,500,000 (There are special packages for night owls and dedicated-desks).
Facilities: High-speed wifi, air-conditioned indoor area, open-air cafe and garden, meeting rooms, call booths, printing, podcast studio, and private offices.
Address: Jl. Subak No. 2, Canggu.
Opening Hours: 24/7 for members (reception: weekdays 24 hours, Sat 8 – 12am, Sun 8am – 4pm).
2. ZIN@Work
A free, open-air bamboo coworking space tucked behind ZIN Cafe, powered by seriously good coffee.

A beautiful extension of ZIN Cafe, ZIN@Work is an open-air bamboo coworking and meeting space that’s spacious, airy and completely free. Set over several floors, it sits inside a bamboo pavilion with an adjoining air-conditioned focus room, designed by Balinese architects so the whole thing blends nature with a bit of sustainability. And with ZIN Cafe right downstairs, you’ve got good coffee, fast wifi and a proper food menu within arm’s reach.
Good to know: It’s free to use as long as you’re ordering from the cafe. However, it’s popular and the tables fill up, so come earlyish to bag a good spot (some are better set up for laptops than others).
Price: Free
Facilities: a breezy workspace, one air-conditioned focus room, fast wifi, on-site cafe and restaurant.
Address: Jl. Nelayan No. 78F, Canggu.
Opening Hours: Daily, 6.30am – 12am
3. Tribal Bali
Bali’s original coworking hostel, where the desks, the pool and the community all come free.

As Bali’s first purpose-built coworking hostel, Tribal is a one-stop community hub to work, play and stay in Canggu. The coworking is wholly inclusive with no entrance fee, so creatives, founders and travellers of all kinds end up sharing the open-plan space. And with booths and plenty of seated and standing desks, you can match your work space to your mood, too. There’s even a huge infinity pool for a post-meeting recharge, a pink pool table for a lunchtime mingle, and of course, an all day menu of brunch to graze the work day away.
Good to know: The coworking being free (just order from the cafe) makes it a brilliant low-commitment option, and because it’s also a hostel, it’s one of the easiest places to actually meet people.
Price: Free to cowork with a cafe order. Dorm beds and rooms are bookable separately if you want to stay.
Facilities: Open-plan desks, booths, standing desks, whiteboards, infinity pool, cafe and on-site accommodation.
Address: Gg. Tribal, Jl. Pantai Pererenan, Pererenan.
Opening Hours: Daily, 8am – 10pm
4. Puco Rooftop
A rooftop coworking spot with almost 360-degree rice-field views and a quiet crowd.

Puco Rooftop is the perfect coworking space for remote workers and digital nomads in Bali. It strikes a nice balance between focus and comfort. Think private offices for small teams, quiet rooms for calls or deep work, and shared tables for a more social feel, plus phone booths and monitors if you need one. After work, I like to unwind at the rooftop cafe, where I can enjoy gourmet coffee and panoramic views of the surrounding rice paddies.
Good to know: The coworking space is pet-friendly, so if you have a rather clingy four-legged kiddo you want to bring along, feel free!
Price: Day pass starting from IDR 200,000, and monthly memberships starting from IDR 2,000,000
Facilities: Rooftop workspace, 100 Mbps wifi, communal and dedicated tables, private offices, focus rooms, phone booths, monitors, pool, cafe and coliving.
Address: Gg. Pratama No. 1A, Tibubeneng
Opening Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am – 11.30pm, Sat-Sun, 8am – 10.30pm
Not ready to commit to a membership? Canggu’s filled with laptop-friendly cafes too. Here are the best cafes in Canggu to set up shop.
THE BEST COWORKING SPACES IN SEMINYAK
Seminyak vibe is more beach club and boutique than laptop-and-latte, so the coworking scene is slightly smaller. But if you’re based here, these are the coworking spaces worth trying.
1. Biliq Bali
Seminyak’s best-rated coworking, built around a dipping pool, with a second branch and coliving next door.

If you’re living around Seminyak, Biliq is the obvious call. We’ve all seen those toes-in-the-pool pictures of digital nomads on their laptops in Bali, but is that even real life? Well, at Biliq Bali, it really is, because centring this cool co-sharing space is a glittering dipping pool with installed laptop support. There’s also an air-conditioned quiet room if you don’t feel like that’s your scene (guilty, I’m a Jakarta boy, I run on aircon). There’s a free soundproof call room, a Zen room for a midday reset, and a pantry and cafe to keep you going.
Good to know: They knock 20% off for Indonesians and KITAS holders, so it’s even better value if you’re local or on a working visa.
Price: Day passes from around IDR 150,000 and monthly unlimited from around IDR 1,900,000, with multi-day packs in between.
Facilities: Dipping pool, open-air bale, air-conditioned quiet room, free soundproof call room, Zen/nap room, pantry and cafe, meeting rooms, dedicated desks and a private office, with coliving nearby.
Address: Jl. Yudistira No. 3A, Seminyak & Sunset Road 819, Bali Ruko Sunset Indah II No.10
Opening Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am – 6pm, Sat 9am – 3pm
2. KE{M}BALI Innovation Hub
A community-minded hub in an old colonial building on Sunset Road, big on local events and cheap by the hour.

Encouraging a culture of openness and sharing, KE{M}BALI is a community-driven coworking space on Sunset Road that’s dedicated to developing local talent through collaboration. Its mission is to empower the local community by providing small businesses with the resources they need to thrive. You’ll find collaborative work desks, an event space, meeting rooms, printers, fresh coffee, daily cleaning services and high-speed internet. I’ll be straight with you though: it’s smaller than it used to be, with the coworking now on a single floor while the rest of the building does other things. But if you want an affordable, low-key desk on the Seminyak side with a garden to decompress in, it does the job.
Good to know: The community events are still the real draw here, so this place is perfect if you’re looking to find new friends.
Price: Hot desks from around IDR 30,000 an hour, with day and monthly rates available.
Facilities: Coworking room, private office, meeting and silent rooms, a garden, a backyard cafe and high-speed wifi.
Address: Jl. Sunset Road No. 28, Seminyak.
Opening Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am – 5pm
Prefer to work over brunch? Seminyak does cafes very well. Here are our favourite Seminyak cafes for a laptop session.
THE BEST COWORKING SPACES IN UBUD
Trade the beach for rice fields and jungle. Ubud is the island’s focus-and-wellness corner, so its spaces tend to be calmer, greener and built for getting your head down (with yoga class on the side).
1. Outpost

This coworking space in Ubud describes itself as “the coworking space Google would create if they opened in Bali”. That’s quite a claim, but luckily for all laptop warriors on the island, Outpost lives up to their self-proclaimed awesomeness. They’ve been at it since 2016, and there are two sites to choose from, the original in Nyuh Kuning and a bigger one in Penestanan where coworking and coliving share a roof (and a pool). Here, you’ll find indoor hubs, outdoor gardens and deck spaces with offices, standing desks, meeting rooms, robust internet and even an onsite masseuse to ease any keyboarders’ elbow aches. And if you can’t bear to switch off, there’s even coliving on site. You’ll be among other founders and night owls who work around the clock.
Good to know: One cowork pass works across every Outpost in Bali, and first-timers can try it free on Mondays.
Price: Day passes starting from IDR 248,000, monthly memberships from IDR 2,460,000 (There are special packages for night owls and dedicated-desks).
Facilities: Fast wifi with backup lines, air-conditioned focus room, open-air floor, private offices, video-call booths, meeting rooms, standing desks, printing, cafe and a pool (Penestanan), plus coliving.
Address: Jl Raya Nyuh Kuning & Jl Raya Penestanan Kelod, Ubud
Opening Hours: 24/7 for members
2. Ubud Space
A central coworking cafe with some of the fastest wifi in Ubud, built for deep-focus days.

If you find working in the middle of the rice fields slows you down, but still want that slower Ubud energy, Ubud Space is the pick. It’s a coworking and coffee spot right in the centre, with seriously quick wifi (I clocked it well over 200 Mbps, which is borderline showing off for Ubud) and an indoor air-conditioned area that’s usually quiet enough for proper deep work. It opens until late, so it suits the timezone-jugglers and the post-dinner grinders among us.
Good to know: They offer a pay-by-the-hour option, so if you’re feeling a short getaway to Ubud but still have deadlines to tackle, it can be quite handy. It’s close to Ubud’s centre hotspots too.
Price: From IDR 40,000 an hour or IDR 90,000 for four hours, IDR 170,000 for a day pass, and monthly options from IDR 550,000 (five days) up to IDR 1,800,000 (full month)
Facilities: Very fast wifi (200+ Mbps), air-conditioned indoor area, outdoor seating, meeting room, on-site coffee and cafe.
Address: Jl. Raya Ubud, Ubud
Opening Hours: Daily, 9am – 11.30pm
3. Ubud Coworking
A two-storey Ubud coworking space with an in-house restaurant serving Indonesian and Western dishes.

One of the most popular coworking spaces in Ubud, but totally worth the hype. Ubud Coworking is a two-storey setup, with an open-air space downstairs and quieter private offices upstairs, plus proper ergonomic chairs (a bigger deal than it sounds when you’re parked there all day). They have an on-site restaurant, PAV Kitchen, that serves a variety of authentic Indonesian dishes you have to try, bold flavours and portions big enough to fuel a productive day. They also do your regular Western plates, if you’re feeling that. You can rent an extra monitor or keyboard here, which I always appreciate.
Good to know: It’s over in the Andong area, a short scooter ride from central Ubud, so factor in the hop if you’re staying in the centre.
Price: Day passes from around IDR 130,000 and monthly passes from around IDR 1,400,000.
Facilities: High-speed wifi, ergonomic chairs, open-air ground floor, private offices upstairs, on-site PAV Kitchen restaurant, rice-field terrace, monitor and keyboard rental.
Address: Jl. Raya Andong No. 92, Petulu, Ubud.
Opening Hours: Daily, 8am – 11pm
Fancy a rice-field view with your flat white instead? These are the best cafes in Ubud to work from.
THE BEST COWORKING SPACES IN KUTA & LEGIAN
Central, practical and close to the airport, Kuta and Legian are where you’ll find the bigger, more corporate-feeling spaces, plus some of the best value if you don’t need the trendy Canggu backdrop or the crowds.
1. GoWork at Park 23
Mall-based workspace in Kuta with a membership that works at branches right across Indonesia.

GoWork is Indonesia’s biggest premium coworking chain, with big locations nationwide. The Bali branch lives on the 3rd floor of Park23 Creative Hub, a casual mall in Kuta. It actually lives up to the reputation. You get corporate-grade everything, from high-speed internet and soundproof call booths to meeting rooms, a swimming pool, a gym with showers and a cafe. Being in a mall makes it very handy, with lunch, an ATM and a few shops only a lift ride away. And the best part? Your membership will not be tied to Bali – the multi-location plan lets you work from any GoWork in the country, which is handy if you bounce between here and Jakarta (like me!).
Good to know: Unlike most coworking spaces in Bali, it keeps office hours (roughly 9am to 6pm, weekdays).
Price: Common-space day pass from IDR 150,000 and monthly coworking from IDR 1,130,000.
Facilities: High-speed wifi, air-conditioned desks, call booths, meeting rooms, private offices, plus free coffee and multi-location access.
Address: Park23 Creative Hub, 3rd Floor, Jl. Kediri, Tuban, Kuta.
Opening Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm.
2. Hub Bali Legian
The value pick of South Bali, two no-frills spots with one of the cheapest day passes around.

Supply really does meet demand at Hub Bali, because this coworking community was born from a digital nomad who needed a place to work, relax, and a fellow nomad or two to talk business with. The day passes are about as cheap as coworking gets on the island, it runs 24/7, and because it’s set inside a hotel (Sara Residence), you get pool access thrown in with your desk. There’s a free daily coffee, drinking water, a printer and a video call room, so the essentials are sorted. Do note that this is more of a value space than a flashy one.
Good to know: There’s a second Hub Bali branch over in Nusa Dua on the same membership, handy if you’re based further south.
Price: Day pass from IDR 125,000 and monthly coworking from IDR 1,200,000.
Facilities: Air-conditioned indoor and outdoor areas, hotel pool access, free daily coffee and tea, drinking water, printer, video call room and coliving packages.
Address: Jl. Nakula No. 9, Legian (inside Sara Residence)
Opening Hours: 24/7 for members.
3. Bali Bustle Kuta
The simple coworking chain, with a cafe, coliving and a 24/7 pass that works at every branch.

Bali Bustle is actually best known for its coliving, with several spots spread across the island. But you can be a coworking member without living there, so that’s a win. It’s open 24/7, and one pass gets you into every branch. The Kuta spot is the calmer, more focused one, and you’ll get common desks, private offices and call rooms, with several leisure supports like a pool and a ping-pong table. There’s also the Bustle Cafe downstairs serving Western plates with an Indonesian kick. And when you clock off, the beach is only a short walk away. So go ahead and reward yourself with a sunset, you’ve earned it (is what I tell myself every day).
Good to know: There’s coliving in the same building, so you can sort your bed and your desk in one booking.
Price: Day pass from IDR 150,000 and monthly coworking from IDR 2,000,000.
Facilities: Wifi, air-conditioned common space, private offices, video call rooms, pool, rooftop gym with showers, on-site cafe, ping pong, free parking, printing, laundry, 24/7 security and coliving.
Address: Jalan Dewi Sri II, No.23, Kuta.
Opening Hours: 24/7 for members.
THE BEST COWORKING SPACES IN SANUR
Aaah, Sanur, love of my life. Sanur runs at an easy, local pace, which is exactly why a lot of long-termers quietly love it. Its coworking spots are calmer and more grown-up, ideal if Canggu or Seminyak’s energy sounds exhausting.
1. Livit Hub Bali – Sanur
Four floors of focused calm in Sanur, topped with a 360-degree rooftop and fresh food delivered to your desk.

With over 10 years of experience supporting digital entrepreneurs and startups, Livit Hub is perfect for digital nomads and remote workers in Sanur. It’s a community of progressive thinkers, merged together in a coworking space with an air conditioned indoor and outdoor rooftop area. You’ll find video conference rooms, ergonomic chairs, big bean bags, hammocks, standing tables and even a slide (yes, you read that right)! The rooftop is where you soak up the sun and swap ideas with other digital workers. Or take a break and head to Sanur beach, just 250 metres away for a lunch by the sea or a post-meeting stroll.
Good to know: The ground-floor cafe has a budget, pay-on-the-spot membership if you want to test the place before committing to a bigger plan.
Price: Basic coworking starts from IDR 140,000 per day and IDR 2,250,000 per month.
Facilities: High-speed wifi, AC throughout, ergonomic chairs, standing desks, call rooms, event space, quiet/nap room, rooftop lounge and more perks for the premium packages including laundry.
Address: Jl. Bumi Ayu, Gang Pungut Sari No. 6, Sanur.
Opening Hours: 24/7 for members
2. FLOW
A newer Sanur coworking just off the bypass road, built more like a serious office than a beach hangout.

If Livit is the startup incubator, FLOW is the polished professional’s pick, and as a Sanur local I’m glad we finally have one. It’s a newer space just off the bypass, a short hop from the beach, and it’s put together more like a modern office (with a hint of luxury). There’s a real range of spots to work, from open desks and standing desks to phone booths, meeting pods and private offices sized for teams of four to twelve. Members get 24/7 access and a rooftop recovery area for when your brain needs a breather. Fair warning, it sits at the pricier end for Sanur, so it’s one for when you want the perks and the comfort.
Good to know: Walk-in hours are 9am to 5pm on weekdays, but registered members get in around the clock.
Price: Basic coworking starts from IDR 300,000 per day and IDR 3,800,000 per month.
Facilities: High-speed wifi, AC, standing desks, phone booths, meeting pods, member meeting rooms, private offices, lockers, an auditorium and event space.
Address: Jl. Danau Poso No.66, Sanur
Opening Hours: 24/7 for members
Rather work by the beach? Sanur’s cafe scene has you covered. Here are the best cafes in Sanur for remote work.
THE BEST COWORKING SPACES IN ULUWATU
Surf-and-clifftop country down on the Bukit. The scene here is smaller but growing fast, with a laid-back, community feel and more than a few spaces that come with a pool or a yoga mat.
1. Monday Coworking & Coffee Shop
A coffee shop and coworking space in Ungasan with the busiest community calendar in the Bukit.

Forget the Monday blues, because at Monday Coworking & Coffee we celebrate the start of the week with a productive day. It’s a coffee shop first, all good beans and European pastries, with a coworking space built around it (hello double espresso!). What sets it apart down here is the community. There’s a stacked calendar of member stuff, from padel and football clubs to networking nights, so if you’ve just landed in Uluwatu and don’t know a soul, you can fix that here. You get booths for focused work, a garden out back for a breather, meeting rooms, and even a studio if you’re chasing a podcast dream. One catch, it shuts on Sundays, so plan your deadlines around its day off.
Good to know: If you’re looking for a match, they have a running padel club that is quite popular. Worth turning up for the matches even on a slow work day.
Price: Basic coworking starts from IDR 225,000 per day and IDR 2,500,000 per month.
Facilities: Wifi, air-conditioned indoor space and an outdoor terrace, phone booths, work booths, lounge and window seats, garden, meeting rooms, a photo and podcast studio, an on-site cafe and community events.
Address: Jl. Toya Ning II, Ungasan.
Opening Hours: Monday to Saturday, 7.45am – 11pm.
2. The Space Bali
A wellness-first coworking space near Bingin where you can roll from a yoga class straight to your desk.

The Space Bali is for the work-life-balance crowd, the ones who believe a clear body makes for a better productive day ahead. Alongside the coworking and cafe, they run yoga classes, so you can start the morning on the mat. Then you sit down to work with a settled head, instead of diving into emails with your shoulders around your ears. The space itself is calm and full of natural light, with ergonomic chairs, 4K monitors and reliable wifi, plus a mix of livelier zones and quiet corners for when you need to lock in.
Good to know: The Space Bali is also very close to Bingin Beach if you want to visit, but be careful as the rubble is still there from the demolition.
Price: Basic coworking starts from IDR 275,000 per day and IDR 2,800,000 per month.
Facilities: Reliable wifi, ergonomic chairs, 4K monitors, open desks and quiet corners with AC.
Address: Jl. Pantai Bingin 3, Pecatu, Bali
Opening Hours: Daily, 7am – 11pm.
3. Uluwatu Hub
The affordable 24/7 hub near the surf, where your day pass comes with a pool, a gym and a drink.

Here’s one for the budget-watchers. Uluwatu Hub is the more affordable option down south, without sacrificing the comfort. A half-day starts at just IDR 85,000, and even that throws in a pool, a small gym and a drink. The wifi is proper strong, so your calls won’t betray you, and there’s a comfy spread of standing desks, work pods, a lounge and a garden for when you need air. There’s even a yoga room and a foosball table for when you need a break (or to procrastinate, I don’t judge).
Good to know: Most of the space is open-air, set in a Balinese-style hut with greenery all around, so if you love a bit of nature with your workday, this is the one.
Price: Basic coworking starts from IDR 200,000 per day and IDR 2,500,000 per month.
Facilities: Fast fibre wifi (wired and wireless), AC rooms and garden seating, standing desks, work pods, lounge, pool, small gym, showers, yoga room, foosball, printing, free coffee and an on-site cafe.
Address: Jl. Goa Lempeh No. 27A, Pecatu.
Opening Hours: 24/7 for members.
4. Hedonist Space
A 24/7 coworking space complete with a restaurant, bar and hookah lounge.

The name’s a bit of a giveaway, and they stay true to it. Hedonist Space is what you get when a coworking space, a restaurant, a bar and a hookah lounge all move in together, and somehow it works. By day it’s a sharp, almost corporate setup with up to 300+ Mbps wifi (which is amazing), floor-to-ceiling windows and actual meeting rooms. By night the bar’s right there, so it’s a favourite for night-owl grinders and anyone who likes sliding straight from a deadline into a cold one. Work hard play hard crew, here’s one for you!
Good to know: The monthly rate is for dedicated-desk only, so for the odd day here and there, you can stick with day passes.
Price: Basic coworking starts from IDR 195,000 per day and IDR 3,790,000 per month.
Facilities: Fast wifi, AC, communal workspace, two meeting rooms, phone booths, an on-site restaurant, bar and hookah lounge, concierge, printing and scanning, and virtual office services.
Address: Jl. Raya Uluwatu No. 72, Ungasan.
Opening Hours: Public 8am to 1am, 24/7 for members.
Not sold on a desk? Uluwatu’s full of surf-side cafes that welcome laptops. Here are our top Uluwatu cafe picks (written by a local resident!).
MORE COWORKING SPACES IN BALI
1. G88 Coworking – Kerobokan
The coworking space with an actual decommissioned plane parked inside and a gym upstairs.

Is it an airport? Is it an executive lounge? Nope, this is the G88 coworking space, home to one of Bali’s abandoned aircraft and an industrial yet spacious coworking area. Not only decked out with long desks and leather chairs, you’ll also find conference rooms surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass windows, brainstorming areas, a breezy balcony and, for when you need a pick-me-up, there’s even an Expat. Roasters coffee cart to get your daily fix. And psst – for fitness enthusiasts, G88 also offers a bundling membership that gives you access to the coworking space and the fully-equipped gym upstairs!
Good to know: The rooftop does live music on weekends, so your Friday afternoons can derail in the best way.

Facilities: Wifi, AC, long shared desks, glass-walled meeting rooms, brainstorm and balcony areas, an Expat Roasters coffee cart, a gym (bundle available) and a weekend rooftop bar.
Address: Jl Raya Kerobokan No. 88
Opening Hours: Daily, 7am-12am
How to pick the perfect coworking space in Bali
Here are a few things to consider when you’re hunting for your perfect desk in Bali:
- Location – Bali traffic is no joke, so pick somewhere near where you sleep. Nobody keeps up a daily Canggu-to-Sanur commute, however good the wifi is.
- Day pass or membership – Here for a week? Grab day passes. If you’re staying a month or longer, a membership usually works out cheaper, and many throw in 24/7 access.
- Aircon or open-air – Open-air spaces look dreamy but get sticky by midday (says a committed aircon loyalist). If you wilt in the heat, check there’s a proper AC room.
- Social or heads-down – Some spaces are buzzy community hubs, others are quiet focus caves. Be honest about what your work actually needs. For example, I’m actually a bit of an extrovert myself, so I tend to pick community-led coworking spaces like Tribal Bali or Monday.
- The little things – Reliable wifi, enough plug sockets, a call booth for meetings, and a chair that won’t wreck your back by 5pm.
Wherever you end up setting up your laptop, I hope it comes with good coffee, cold aircon and wifi that holds. See you out there!
FAQs on Coworking Spaces in Bali
Which area in Bali is best for coworking?
Canggu and Uluwatu have the most spaces and the biggest nomad scene, so it's the easiest place to land and meet people. For quieter, more focused days, go for Ubud or Sanur, while Kuta and Legian offer the best value and airport access.
How much does a coworking space in Bali cost?
Day passes usually run from around IDR 100,000 to 300,000, and monthly memberships from roughly IDR 1,100,000 to 5,000,000 depending on the space and whether you want a dedicated desk. A few spots, like ZIN@Work and Tribal, are free as long as you order from the cafe.
Are there free coworking spaces in Bali?
Yes. Cafe-attached spaces like ZIN@Work in Canggu and Tribal in Pererenan let you work for free as long as you're buying coffee or food. They're a great low-commitment option before you pay for a membership.
Which coworking spaces in Bali are open 24/7?
Plenty offer round-the-clock access for members, including Tropical Nomad, Bali Bustle, Hub Bali, Uluwatu Hub, Outpost Ubud and Livit Hub. It's worth confirming whether 24/7 access is members-only or included with a day pass.
Can I work from cafes in Bali instead of a coworking space?
Absolutely, Bali's cafe culture is laptop-friendly, and most areas have spots with decent wifi and plugs. Coworking spaces win on reliable wifi, aircon, ergonomic chairs and fewer interruptions, so they're better for heavy work days or video calls.
