Just when we thought Bali’s beach clubbing scene couldn’t get any better, Café del Mar – Ibiza’s iconic lifestyle brand that’s made a place in the sun at the world’s hottest beachfront destinations – has officially announced its debut in Bali in 2019.
You’ll want to flaunt your finest designer bikini here, because the Café del Mar Bali edition is a breathtaking 10,000 square-metre, two-level beachfront pool club, perched on the sands of Canggu. It’ll feature a 1,000 square-metre infinity pool with views over the beach and ocean, as well as private luxury cabanas, a premium restaurant, outdoor dining options, multiple swim-up and cocktail lounge bars, and world-class staging for large, outdoor music events…
This new pool club concept will be the flagship for the Café del Mar brand, known worldwide for its iconic sunsets, sophisticated bar and dining alternatives, and the unique Café del Mar soundtrack. Bringing all that and more to Canggu, Café del Mar will be shining an international light on this up and coming Bali neighbourhood.
You’ll love it because… Café del Mar will be introducing its sleek Ibizan style to Bali’s beachfront connoisseurs – a collision of two tropical islands complete with euphonic music sessions, dazzling sunsets, beach club vibes and delicious dining in one fabulous venue. Think Chill House tunes, a summery atmosphere, a regular roster of international DJs and premium Mediterranean-inspired dining experiences, led by Café del Mar’s superstar Executive Chef.
The draw card? This brand new pool club is located beachfront in Canggu, with ocean views aplenty, an oversized infinity pool and a cool collection of comfy daybeds to laze the days away in utmost luxury. It’s been designed by architect Rafael Pasaribu, infusing the Mediterranean architecture of the original Café del Mar in Ibiza, with modern Balinese nuances.
Look out for… Café del Mar’s 3-day Grand Opening music festival, with leading international DJs taking to the beachfront stage. You’ll also want to keep your eyes peeled for its underground nightclub set to open towards the end of 2019, completing the late-night music offerings at this new must-visit venue.
