Gilmore & Damian D’Silva is a dazzling new establishment by renowned chef Damian D’Silva in memory of his grandad, Gilmore D’Silva, who played a quintessential role in his life. Gather your loved ones for a warm, communal feast of Eurasian heirloom recipes (with some dating back more than 200 years!) and Chinese dishes inspired by his grandad’s home-cooked dishes.
