Even if your house-bound self can’t pay this space a visit, chef-owner Emmanuel Stroobant is determined to bring a luxurious French omakase to you. Savour these flavours
Those who’ve tasted Chef Emmanuel Stroobant’s creations would be familiar with his penchant for turning wholesome ingredients into an Asian-inspired French dining affair. Expect the same intricate, moorish charm of his creations all neatly packed in a luxurious omakase bento.
Get ready a party of gourmands (there’s a minimum booking of 15 pax) and make your order at least five days in advance. The chef will surprise you with a sumptuous experience, featuring top-notch ingredients of the season. Think of it as personal shopping for your meal: Saint Pierre works with an exclusive source – instead of suppliers – to obtain premium finds to meet even the most minute request.
Day of the party
Your specially curated bento box will be delivered to your doorstep on the day of the dinner (or lunch) soiree. But don’t tuck in yet! Wait for your friends to (digitally) arrive in the virtual room on Zoom – the link will be provided together with your meal.
Once everyone is there looking their at-home best, chef Emmanuel will start the party with an introduction to the menu selection and share a few laughs with the crew. Then, the party continues at your leisure. Would this live up to your fine dining omakase dreams? There’s only one way to find out…
Solidarity with a meal
The cherry on top is that Saint Pierre has partnered with Rapzo Capital to donate $25,000 in-kind. For each Virtual Saint Pierre menu order, the restaurant will purchase a Coronavirus Prevention Care Packet from Project Chulia Street. This will go to helping migrant workers in Singapore who have been hit badly by the Covid-19 crisis. Plus, Saint Pierre is donating 100 meals to frontline healthcare workers weekly until the end of the circuit breaker.
