Celebrate the close of the fourth edition of Singapore Biennale at the Singapore Art Museum (SAM) on the evening of 14 February. With a carnival of activities, workshops and performances, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Don’t leave without viewing the exhibitions themed If the World Changed for one last time before they officially close on 16 February.
