The weekday edition comes with the choice of a main course, including Master Butcher’s pork roulade, turkey slider, and Penang prawn noodle soup. Post-Christmas, the celebrations continue with Keyaki’s New Year Kaiseki Experience ($270++ per person), featuring Kouhaku sashimi and pan-seared Normandy blue lobster. Alternatively, enjoy a la carte dining with the Keyaki-style Osechi ($118++) and Ozoni ($35++). These New Year specials are available from 31 December 2025 till 2 January 2026.

Over at Hai Tien Lo, the six-course festive menu ($208++ per person) will transport you into the heart of southern China. Blending nostalgic Cantonese flavours and festive flair, the line-up includes chilled seasonal turkey salad with passionfruit sauce, double-boiled fish bone broth with fish maw and lobster, as well as wok-fried rice with egg white, ham, and dried scallops.
