Visiting Executive Sous Chef Matthew Bentley from W Sydney joins forces with Chef Zhi, SKIRT’s Chef de Cuisine, for a bold dinner featuring indulgent dishes such as Abrolhos Island Scallops, Aquna Murray Cod, and a decadent BTWN’s Signature Beef Wellington with Cape Grim Tenderloin, sourced from 100% grass-fed Angus cattle in Tasmania. The dinner comes in either 3 or 5 courses and is priced at $138++ / $168++ per person respectively. Additional wine pairing is available at $48++ for 2 glasses, or $58++ for 3 glasses.
