Celebrate San Valentino with a romantic Valentine’s dinner for two, featuring a refined Italian-inspired menu. Begin with a welcome from the kitchen of crunchy crab croquette with herbs, citrus caviar and pear, followed by crudo of beef tartare scented with truffle, confit quail egg yolk and pan brioche. Savour Passione, a prawn risotto enriched with smoked butter, Grana Padano and garden reduction, before choosing your main of glazed beef cheek with pomme bigne, celeriac purée, coffee and red wine, or a delicate duo of barramundi and salmon with beurre blanc, parsley, salmon caviar and garden vegetables. Conclude the evening with Amore nell’Aria, a romantic dessert of rose Chantilly cream, Italian meringue crisp, strawberry chocolate crumble and fresh raspberry.
