For the main course, diners can choose between the 120-day Corn-fed Ribeye, or the 100-day Grain-fed Striploin. The steaks are accompanied by Black Pepper Sauce and Café de Paris Sauce, alongside free-flow Truffle Parmesan Fries and Grilled Baby Gem.

The meal opens with a generous spread of starters, including the Truffle Mushroom Soup and Chef’s Selection of Seafood. For mains, the Kombu Cured Tomahawk takes centrestage, its depth of flavour enhanced by an umami-rich kombu cure. The spread extends to hearty selections like the Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder, Pan-fried Barramundi Fillet and Grilled Tiger Prawns.
