For one night only during Singapore’s race week, Bjorn Shen joins Cygnet’s Fabrice Mergalet for a four-course sharing feast fired by bold spices, Eastern Mediterranean flavours and serious culinary flair. Expect wood-fired manoush, charcoal beef kofta, USDA short ribs with baharat jus, harissa-glazed lamb cutlets, grilled oysters and warm date cake with tahini caramel.
