Movement Night marks its milestone 10th edition on 13 September 2026 at Aliwal Arts Centre, centering on the theme ‘All Bodies Are Welcome’. Organised and facilitated by intercultural performance artist Sanat Mehta and co-produced by Playculture Asia and Passion & Purpose, Movement Night offers a gentle refuge from Singapore’s fast-paced lifestyle, inviting participants to slow down, listen to their bodies, and connect through dance, music, and collective presence. The evening explores how movement and live music support interaction across diverse physical capabilities and forms of expression. The session concludes with a restorative sound healing bath, allowing participants space for deep rest, integration, and balance.
