Experience an evening of East Asian elegance at ANJU this weekend on Saturday, 14 and Sunday, 15 November 2025, as SU MA Jakarta and MO BAR, Singapore come together for an exclusive cross-cultural collaboration, from 5.30pm till late.
MO BAR’s Assistant Bar Manager, Kim Jung Hoo, leads the beverage program in this two-night event, where finely crafted cocktails are paired perfectly with SU MA Jakarta’s signature culinary artistry, presented in a refined interpretation of East Asian flavours.
Inspired by Korea’s four seasons, each cocktail is designed to complement the evening’s gastronomic journey. Spring, a refreshing, tangy drink that presents as a light start to the night; while Summer is a vibrant balance of sweet and sour notes and brightness on the palette. Autumn layers bitter notes with berries, and umami depth; and Winter is a warm, spiced creation with sweet undertones, fitting finale to conclude your experience.
