Following the successful launch of its 2026 guest shift series, MO BAR, Singapore is pleased to welcome Nomad Lab, Mongolia’s first cocktail lab, as they take over the bar for one night only on Tuesday, 3 February 2026. Founded by award-winning bartender Awaraa, Nomad Lab has played a defining role in shaping Mongolia’s contemporary bar scene, championing experimental, ingredient-driven mixology informed by nomadic culture and modern technique.
Recognised as the top cocktail bar at the Mongolian Restaurant Association (MRA) Awards for 2025, this collaboration brings Awaraa together with Ka, Bar Manager at Nomad Lab, presenting a curated selection of cocktails that reflect Mongolia’s evolving mixology identity, set against MO BAR’s skyline views.
