Meatsmith is marking its 12th birthday with a one-day-only American barbecue collaboration featuring award-winning Australian pitmaster Adam Roberts.
Known as Australia’s most-awarded pitmaster, Adam brings decades of competition, teaching, and fire-led cooking experience into the Meatsmith kitchen for this special birthday showcase.
Guests can expect a limited-edition barbecue menu co-created by Adam Roberts and the Meatsmith team, celebrating classic American barbecue through low-and-slow, wood-fired cooking, bold smoke-driven flavours, and generous share-style plates.
This one-day collaboration is a tribute to what Meatsmith has always stood for: good food, good company, and barbecue that brings people together.
