
As the Lunar New Year heralds a season of reunion and bounty, Bedrock Bar & Grill and Bedrock Origin unveil an array of festive feasts designed for gatherings. Available from 9 February to 3 March 2026 (excluding 13 and 14 February) for lunch and dinner, both restaurants welcome guests to honour the lo hei tradition with signature Yusheng and lavish grill platters.
At Bedrock Bar & Grill, look forward to:
– Citrus-Cured Beef Lohei ($68++/3 to 4pax): A modern interpretation that honours tradition, made with Australian Wanderer Beef.
– The Reunion Feast ($399++/4 to 5pax): A generous spread starring Australian Tenderloin (250g), Australian F1 Ruby Wagyu Striploin (250g), USDA Prime Ribeye (280g) and Mangalica Pork Tomahawk (300g), paired with sides such as Bedrock Mac ’N’ Cheese, and finished with Bedrock Crumble.
– The Abundance Feast ($688++/ 6 to 9pax): Designed for lively gatherings, featuring the Citrus-Cured Beef Lohei alongside a magnificent spread of Woodfire-Grilled Kombu-Cured OP Ribeye (1kg), Dry-Aged Porterhouse (1kg) served with house-made thyme butter, Whole Baked Snapper (900g) with house-made chimichurri, and Mangalica Pork Tomahawk (300g), complemented by sides such as Bedrock Mac ’N’ Cheese, Truffle Fries and finished with Bedrock Crumble.
At Bedrock Origin, look forward to:
– Citrus-Cured Hamachi Yusheng (S$68++/serves 4 to 6pax): A refined, oceanic take on the traditional prosperity toss for a smooth year ahead.
– The Bountiful Feast (S$399++/4 to 5pax): Featuring the Citrus-Cured Hamachi Yusheng alongside a Seafood Boil (King Crab, White Clams and Squid) and a 21-Day Aged Double Cut Bone-In Striploin (1kg) grilled over applewood, plus sides including Bedrock Mac ’N’ Cheese.
– The Opulent Feast (S$688++/6 to 9pax): Designed for grand gatherings, pairing the Citrus-Cured Hamachi Yusheng with 7-Day Kosher Salt-Aged Swordfish Loin (600g), Smoked Barbecue Pork Belly (500g), Garlic Butter White Clams (1kg) and the 21-Day Aged Double Cut Bone-In Striploin (1kg), with sides like Chilli Tiger Prawns, Sweet Potato Hash and Monk Fruit Steamed Cake to finish.
Both platters are accompanied by a selection of sides including the Bedrock Mac ‘N’ Cheese, a Sweet Potato Hash made with Japanese sweet potatoes, and Char-Grilled Spring Vegetables. The Opulent Feast platter includes an addition of Chilli Tiger Prawns. For dessert, diners can savour the symbolic Monk Fruit Steamed Cake, a light and airy creation symbolising prosperity and abundance.
