
Bringing together the spirit of Spanish dining culture with LeVeL33’s signature ContemBrewery philosophy, the brunch will feature free-flow Spanish tapas priced at SGD $88++ per guest, with an optional top-up of SGD $78++ for free-flow beverages including freshly brewed craft beers, sangrias and spanish wines, accompanied by live Latin beats by DJ El-KING.
Led by Executive Chef Jake Kowalewski of LeVeL33 and Barcelona-born Chef Carlos Montobbio of Carlitos Casa de Comidas, the collaboration presents a brewery-inspired take on Spanish cuisine where modern cooking techniques intersect with elements from the brewery.
Highlights from the menu include LeVeL33’s Gambas al Ajillo served with fluffy beer flatbread, Beer Battered Padrón Peppers topped with smoked garlic aioli, fried chorizo and chives, alongside Carlitos favourites such as Tapa de Paella featuring secreto ibérico and padrón peppers, Croquetas de Chipirón (Baby Squid Croquetas), and Tarta de Queso with raspberry and chilli jam.
