Horatio, Resorts World Sentosa’s first full-fledged bar and whisky haven, continues its adventure bar series — Horatio’s Curious Companions — with its second edition featuring none other than Hong Kong’s award-winning mixologist, Antonio Lai from World’s 50 Best Bar, Quinary.
Taking place on Thursday, 6 November, from 8pm to 11pm, this one-night-only guest shift brings Antonio’s signature multisensory mixology to Singapore for the first time at Horatio. Guests can look forward to a showcase of Antonio’s world-renowned creations, including Hong Kong’s iconic Earl Grey Caviar Martini, his latest concoctions such as the Tropical Sour and the Five Flower Tea Negroni crafted with Hong Kong’s Two Moons Five Flowers Tea Gin, along with a password-only secret cocktail revealed exclusively on Horatio’s Instagram 48 hours before the event.
