
From Aperitivo to After Dark: Campari x Toschi Take Over Fat Prince
For one night only, Campari and Toschi take over the bar at Fat Prince, led by Bystrik Uko, brand ambassador of Campari Singapore and Vincenzo Loccisano, brand ambassador of Toschi Asia. Expect six cocktails that move from bright, aperitivo-style serves into richer, more layered pours, designed to be explored across the night.
Bystrik Uko takes a clean, structured approach, building cocktails that highlight balance, restraint and Campari’s signature bittersweet edge, from the House of Prince Negroni, nutty, bold and layered, to the Prince’s Kiss, citrusy and aromatic with a lively lift, and the Pineapple Sol, a refreshing, tropical-leaning highball.
Vincenzo Loccisano, on the other hand, leans into a more expressive, flavour-forward style, weaving Toschi syrups into each creation for added depth and character, from the Tobacco Old Fashioned, deep, smoky and spirit-forward, to the Cherry Club, bright, juicy and effortlessly easy-drinking, and the Velvet Crown, smooth, silky and rounded with a citrus finish.
No need to pick a side, the experience is in moving between both.
