Endless Breakfast reimagines what a hotel buffet brunch can be: a sit-down experience with endless small plates, made to order. No more walking down buffet lines deciding between making multiple trips or balancing an overflowing plate.
Here’s how it works:
1. Get seated at a table
2. Let the Allora team explain the menu and ordering system
3. Select food and drink orders on the order chit
4. Enjoy (refillable) welcome bites while your order is prepared
5. Feast on your first round of food
6. Order more and repeat!
The menu brings together brunch classics and Allora’s local fusion flavours, from truffle scrambled eggs on avocado toast and shakshuka, presented in an Instagram-worthy eggshell bowl, to bak chor ragu mee, nasi lemak risotto and kayamisu.
Elevate your experience with selected premium options such as steak and eggs or add-ons like a half lobster on the laksa pizza. These premium options and add-ons are available for an additional charge.
To complement the feast, choose from a wide selection of beverages, spanning coffees, teas, juices and specialty drinks. A curated selection of spirited sips is also available at a top-up starting from $18++ per glass. Pre-order selected drinks during the booking process to enjoy at only $12++ per glass.
