On 10 and 11 October, Sushisamba’s flagship Copacabana Brunch shifts into high gear with Race to Samba, a special race-weekend edition high above the city. Expect live DJ and saxophonist sets, high-energy Samba performances and skyline views, alongside live robata, sushi and ceviche stations. The spread spans Australian tomahawk steak, spatchcock chicken and shrimp tempura, before a playful finish with F1 strawberry tart, checkered flag cake and Racing Sambabons.
Brunch is priced at $160++ per person, inclusive of food, free-flow cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages, with an additional $40++ free-flow package featuring Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial, Whispering Angel Rosé, cocktails, spirits and beer.
