This May, Singapore’s top-ranked pizzeria, ANTO Pizza e Aperitivi, joins forces with Hong Kong’s No.1 pizzeria, Fiata Pizza, for an exclusive, limited-time collaboration menu.
For three consecutive evenings from 11 May to 13 May 2026, ANTO Pizza e Aperitivi and Fiata Pizza come together to present a special cross-continental collaboration, bringing two of the region’s most awarded and internationally recognised pizza concepts onto one menu.
ANTO, recently ranked No.1 in Singapore for the second consecutive year on the 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific list, is helmed by Chef-Owner Antonio Brancato, known for his deeply personal, heritage-driven approach to pizza. Fiata Pizza, named Hong Kong’s No.1 pizzeria and ranked #3 on the 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific 2026 list, is recognised for its bold, contemporary interpretation of Italian pizza that has earned international acclaim.
