Sophia at The St. Regis Singapore hosts a one-night-only wine dinner celebrating Ceretto, the renowned family-run Piedmont estate ranked No. 19 in The World’s 50 Best Vineyards 2025. Designed for Italian wine lovers and Piedmont purists, the evening pairs a refined multi-course Italian menu with five carefully selected Ceretto wines.
Hosted by Ceretto Brand Manager Marino Braccu, the dinner unfolds as a guided tasting through Langhe, Barbaresco and Barolo, highlighting the estate’s philosophy of site expression and restraint. Wines include the floral Langhe Arneis Blangé DOC 2024, Barbera d’Alba Piana DOC 2023, Barbaresco DOCG 2022, and a Barolo finale featuring the single-vineyard Barolo Bussia DOCG 2020, matched with dishes such as Garganelli alla Salsiccia and Bistecca della Galizia alla Griglia.
Selected Ceretto labels will also be featured as Sophia’s Wines of the Month from January through February, reinforcing the restaurant’s focus on classic Italian regions interpreted with contemporary clarity.
