On 10 October 2026, Firangi Superstar will be hosting its F1 Billecart-Salmon champagne superstar brunch, featuring a special selection of F1 weekend cocktails. Sebastien Papin, Billecart-Salmon’s Asia Pacific regional director, will also join the occasion.
For the brunch, diners can go for the $68++ brunch box featuring Firangi Superstar favourites, or level up with the +$98 Billecart-Salmon Magnifique, which includes two hours of free-flow champagne. Alternatively, the +$198 Billecart Blanc de Blancs Massmajestic comes with a bottle of Billecart-Salmon Blanc de Blancs.
The F1 weekend cocktail selection includes five specially curated serves inspired by Indian flavours, from the Red Fort ($23) with Bombay Sapphire, tomato juice, garam masala and Kashmiri chilli, to the Jangali Early Bird ($25) with Bacardi Carta Blanca, Aperol, berries, cumin and lime. The lineup also features the Shava Shava Spritz ($22), Chalo Chalo ($25) and Bombay Blues ($23).
