● Flavours of New South Wales (18–19 April) featuring NSW Farmers’ Markets at Serangoon Gardens and Tanglin Mall, where guests can meet founders, enjoy generous tastings and discover producers including Nimbus, Honey Australia, Mandolé Orchard and Byron Bay Spirits. This is complemented by a Shop & Win experience (until 23 April), offering the chance to win a 7-day, 6-night curated escape for two across Newcastle, Port Stephens and the Hunter Valley.
● Taste of Tasmania (24–26 April) featuring a one-night-only Tasmania Dinner on 24 April, developed in collaboration with producers and showcasing premium ingredients such as Three Friends Abalone, Rannoch Quail and Leatherwood Honey, followed by Tasmanian Farmers’ Markets on 25–26 April at Serangoon
