Hot off the heels of a successful run in June at the Singapore National Stadium with over 12,000 participants, AIA HYROX Singapore is gearing up for its return from 29 to 30 November 2025, promising another adrenaline-charged weekend.
Proud to once again be part of the Singapore Urban Sports + Fitness Festival 2025 (SGUSFF 2025), HYROX will take over the Singapore Expo – bringing together thousands of athletes, fitness enthusiasts and spectators from Singapore and across the region.
This November’s edition will also mark the return of HYROX’s two newest categories introduced in June – the Corporate Relay and the Adaptive Men/Women divisions.
The Corporate Relay invites workplace teams to step out of the office and onto the race floor as a four-person team, fostering camaraderie, teamwork (and a healthy dose of competition) – making it the ultimate team building experience and a way to destress.
Meanwhile, the return of the Adaptive Category reinforces HYROX’s commitment to building a truly inclusive environment. Made possible with race-day adaptations, this division provides athletes with varying physical disabilities the opportunity to compete with pride, with the HYROX community cheering alongside them.
Across all categories, the HYROX format remains consistent worldwide: a 1 km run followed by one functional workout station, repeated eight times. For the Adaptive Men/Women category, the total running distance remains unchanged at 8 km. However, weights and/or repetitions at selected stations are adjusted to provide a safe, supportive, and empowering experience tailored to athletes with varying physical impairments.
