From 13 to 15 February, we invite you to rekindle fond moments whilst overlooking a picturesque reservoir over a four-course lunch ($88++ per person) or an eight-course dinner ($238++ per person). Enhance your experience with optional wine pairings, available at $68++ (three glasses) for lunch and $158++ (seven glasses) for dinner.
Savour highlights such as Borscht Reimagined, a vibrant, modern tribute to the Eastern European classic, layered with house-grown chestnut mushrooms, silky tofu custard and a cloud of salt-baked beetroot espuma. The Tajima Beef Striploin from the House of Tajima takes centre stage, paired with crisp-skinned pomme grenaille, seasonal condiments and a deeply aromatic jus infused with wildlife-friendly OWA coffee beans from Java. A sweet finale awaits with Apple of My Eye, where juicy apple is gently poached in Pinot Noir, warmed with spices, and house-grown vanilla.
For a more indulgent celebration, Dinner Under The Stars ($298++ per adult) offers a romantic rooftop setting where the uninterrupted views of the rainforest canopy meets the night sky. Limited to five tables each evening, the experience features Forage’s five-course Valentine’s menu complemented by a welcome glass of rosé Champagne. Walk away from the experience with a complimentary Fossa Chocolate gift and a Polaroid keepsake to commemorate the evening. For a special touch, a mini flower bouquet may also be added when making your reservation.
