From 13 to 15 February 2026, SKIRT, the modern open-flame steakhouse at W Singapore–Sentosa Cove, turns up the heat with a wood-fired Valentine’s Day Dinner. Thoughtfully redesigned as part of the hotel’s transformation journey, the restaurant offers couples an elevated setting, framed by stunning marina views.
Priced at $168++ per person, the Valentine’s Day dinner features two seatings nightly at 6:30 PM and 8:30PM. The curated menu begins with Hokkaido Scallop Ceviche featuring avocado, watermelon radish and strawberry basil dressing, followed by Lobster Ravioli with Jerusalem artichoke and lobster bisque. It then moves on to Cubano Iberico Pluma with mojo rojo, black garlic and cordyceps. For those celebrating love with a little extra indulgence, Wood-fired Australian Wagyu Tenderloin with burnt cauliflower, bone marrow and albufera sauce is available as an upgrade at an additional $30++. Wine pairing options are also available at $48++ for 2 glasses or $68++ for 3 glasses per person.
Couples may top up $180++ to further elevate the experience with N25 Kaluga Hybrid Caviar and R de Ruinart Brut. They may also preorder a fresh bouquet for added romance at either $78++ or $108++.
