Set in the restaurant’s private backyard, this brunch features oodles of classic sides, including Potato Salad and Caprese Salad, with the highlight being a tasty selection of Grilled Chicken, Dry Rubbed Hanger Steak and Homemade Spicy Sausage. Expect flame-grilled vegetables like jumbo asparagus, zucchini, charred bell peppers, honey butter corn and Portobello mushrooms to accompany, with a cooling platter of fresh fruit for dessert. Add $99 to make it a boozy affair with $99 free-flow Prosecco, Peroni or Build Your Own Bloody Mary at the bar for two hours. Gourmet Korean Brunch at Jinjuu
Chef Judy Joo has just launched a new Korean Gourmet Brunch ($388+10%) at Jinjuu. Every weekend from 12-3pm, guests will enjoy all-you-can eat Korean bites, including Jack Daniels-cured Smoked Salmon, Tempura cauliflower and Bulgogi Australian Beef Tataki. Choose from a main such as Korean Fried baby ½ Chicken or Multi-Grain Bibimbap and also experience a complimentary seasonal dish from Head Chef Sang Hyun Ko. Finish off with a signature dessert platter, and we’re pretty sure you will be stuffed! Blackout Hip Hop Party Brunch at Lily & Bloom
Happening on the last Sunday of every month, Lily & Bloom will be hosting a Blackout Hip Hop Party Brunch, that is sure to be ice cool. From $530 + 10% for food and drink, or $265 + 10% for just drinks, Lily & Bloom promises soul funk and hip hop vibes to accompany your free-flow Prosecco, wine, beer and Bloody Marys (sorry, no gin and juice on this menu!) Feast on sharing style watermelon feta salad, avocado toast and blueberry pancakes, and get ready to jump around as DJ Daryll Griggs and DJ Mohit take over the decks.

The new brunch at CÉ LA VI ($488) starts you off with a whopping great seafood, sushi and sashimi tower along with a create-your-own-salad option. Then guests can share exceptional main dishes that include, Seared Snapper, Chicken Teriyaki and good old Eggs Benedict. Add on a free-flow Veuve package for $298, and you and your brunch crew will be away laughing before indulging in a signature dessert platter.

Brunch at Red Sugar
When it comes to new brunches in Hong Kong, the offering at Red Sugar is one of our favourites. Starting with a delicate buffet of appetisers, including scallop ceviche, guests can enjoy a wonderful main course before letting loose at the stunning dessert selection (you’ve got to try the lemon meringue pops.) We love the fact that you can make your own Bloody Marys too, so for $698 including free-flow Veuve Clicquot, this brunch is definitely a winner.
