What’s the backstory of Limitless?
During my two decades in the health and fitness industries, I’ve built and managed various ventures, from a women’s fitness community to boutique and commercial gyms. Throughout my journey, I earned multiple qualifications in functional medicine, nutrition, and personal training.
I then identified a market gap for a concept that combines cutting-edge science with personalised care; I want to cater to busy individuals seeking more than just a traditional workout. These individuals aim to optimise their health, body composition, and performance, but haven’t found success despite numerous attempts.
This insight led me to the creation of Limitless, a brand that offers multidisciplinary coaching in training, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine. Our mission is to deliver personalised and sustainable body transformations through optimising health and longevity. We do this not just with individuals, but with corporates as well by helping them develop and manage their wellness spaces and fitness initiatives.
What makes Limitless stand out from the other gyms and fitness studios in Hong Kong?
Limitless distinguishes itself with a holistic approach that integrates every facet of an individual’s physical and health profile, including body composition, biomechanics, hormonal status, gut health, genetics, and more. During our comprehensive onboarding, which includes postural, movement, and strength assessments, we conduct an in-depth interview and symptoms analysis to understand your nutrient status, history, habits, and lifestyle.
This information is then used to craft fully personalised programmes that cater to menopause, stubborn fat loss, and athletic performance. These can also be enriched by insights from functional testing, which analyse nutrient deficiencies, blood sugar management, as well as gut and digestive health.
Our “secret sauce” lies in our emphasis on habit coaching. Our carefully crafted training programmes are complemented by personalised coaching that focuses on cultivating sustainable habits, enhancing recovery, and managing stress. Whether boosting energy levels or fine-tuning performance, we guide each individual through a tailored journey to optimal well-being, ensuring they achieve lasting and transformative results.
What do you love the most about running your own business?
I love playing a role in transforming people’s lives. It’s incredibly rewarding to have clients return to Hong Kong for training sessions or consultations, even after relocating overseas, and to witness their progress over the years. I also take great joy in watching my coaching team grow and evolve, as they’re integral to bringing Limitless to life.
Above all, I’m living my passion. Although it’s not a million-dollar job and can be frustrating when debunking myths from fitness influencers or managing rising costs, I’m never bored. I’m constantly learning and have forged lifelong friendships with some amazing people I’ve met along the way.
