Easy, breezy island vibes, three levels of al fresco bamboo terraces [home to an outdoor infinity pool, sun loungers, cabanas and cosy dining pods] and now, a weekly happy hour that we simply cannot refuse!
As if we didn’t have enough reasons to prop up the AZUL Beach Club bar each week [which is Bali’s first ever Tiki Bar, might we add] the happy hour here has us coming back to the beach again and again – every Thursday to be exact.
Yup, Tiki Thursdays at this beachfront bamboo treehouse serves up two-for-one Tiki cocktails every Thursday from 8PM until 10PM, with live reggae tunes from Erwinsaz and The Hitmen. Reggae, rum and a beachy breeze? It doesn’t get much better than that!
Try the signature Island Nectar – the signature tropical concoction made with passion fruit, coconut and a touch of Arugula, served up in an Easter Island-inspired vessel – followed by the Tiki Puka Puka, with Bali tamarillo, Maraschino and Jamaican White Rum. Yum!
Or, if you and your Tiki crew are especially thirsty, settle in for The Treasure Box, a potent punch to share made with fresh local Ginger, Azul’s own Hibiscus Grenadine, and not one, not two, but three different types of rum! Yo ho ho!
