
Enjoy an evening of sustainable luxuries at The Halia! As part of the ‘Project Food Prints’ initiative, The Halia is presenting a Dorper Lamb & Domaine de L’Hortus and Clos du Prieur wine dinner. This is the fourth installation is a six-part dinner series.
Dorper lamb is sustainably farmed, 100% natural, and contain no artificial hormones. This makes the meat delicate, mild, and tender, without any gamey smell. Diners will get the chance to indulge in a nose-to-tail dining experience, with a 5-course menu designed by Executive Chef, Peter Rollinson.
You can expect free flow Dorper lamb canapes and wine, a butchering demonstration and introduction to the different cuts of meats, followed by an amazing dinner. This is a 60-seat event so make sure to get your tickets now!
