Chris Edwards is an award-winning serial entrepreneur who started her first business, Honeycombers, in 2008 at the age of 28. Honeycombers is now the go-to lifestyle resource for locals, expats and tourists across Singapore, Hong Kong and Bali. She has also created a parenting platform called HoneyKids Asia. Collectively, there are over 1 million monthly unique readers of Honeycombers’ content across Southeast Asia.
Chris started coaching entrepreneurs, and from this experience, she saw the need for a community for conscious entrepreneurs, so she created Launchpad in 2022. An entrepreneurial community designed to help small businesses thrive through community, peer mentoring and coaching, Launchpad has over 400 members from across 11 countries today.
Chris was recognised in 2016 for her entrepreneurial success by the Australia Chamber of Commerce, winning the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ Award (which was totally unsolicited!). She also has been featured in the New York Times, Forbes Australia, Tech In Asia, Smart Company and The AustCham magazine.
Chris now runs 4 companies across 4 countries and spends her time split between Singapore, Hong Kong, Bali, and Byron Bay, Australia, where she lives with her husband and three kids.

Angela Neo
With over 19 years of experience across human capital management, talent acquisition, and operations, Angela Neo brings a wealth of expertise in driving strategic growth and fostering high-performance cultures. Since joining Honeycombers in 2017, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people strategy, first as Head of People and Culture and more recently as Chief Operating Officer.
Angela’s leadership focuses on building strong, trust-based relationships with employees while creating HR strategies that align with company goals. She has developed the company’s employee value proposition, launched key wellness initiatives, and implemented HR policies and processes that support growth and employee satisfaction. Her hands-on approach to coaching senior leaders, developing high-performing teams, and enhancing organisational culture has significantly impacted Honeycombers’ success.
As COO, Angela now leads HR and operational functions, including process optimisation, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and overall organisational efficiency. She champions the adoption of tools and systems that enhance productivity, collaboration, and remote work. Angela also leads company events and co-hosts HoneyKids Asia’s Parenting Playbook podcast, engaging with the broader community on key issues that resonate with our audience.
With a career that spans Asia, Australia and the Caribbean, Angela’s deep understanding of international HR practices and local regulations makes her a trusted advisor to the leadership team and a champion for Honeycombers’ growth and culture.

Dawn Gager
Dawn Gager is a seasoned finance professional with nearly three decades of experience in finance and operations. She began her career as a GM at a Cooperative Research Centre in Melbourne, where she developed strong leadership and management skills that shaped her approach to finance today. She now serves as Regional Finance Manager at Honeycombers, leading financial operations spanning Singapore, Indonesia, and Hong Kong.
With a focus on driving efficiency and supporting business growth, Dawn plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of the company. From streamlining processes and fostering cross-border collaboration to making sure everyone gets paid and on time, Dawn’s expertise, along with her small amazing team of finance professionals, has been instrumental in supporting the company’s mission to inspire and empower its audience.
Beyond the spreadsheets, Dawn brings a personable and approachable touch to her work. Known for her collaborative leadership style, she thrives on building strong genuine relationships with her teammates across regions. Outside of work, Dawn is a big animal lover and enjoys crafting homemade crochet blankets and toys – some of which now reside with her colleagues.

Benita Lee
With over 13 years in Singapore’s media industry, Benita Lee has honed her expertise across top print and digital publications, covering everything from fashion and film to nightlife, music, food, and travel.
As Group Editor at Honeycombers for over five years, she leads the platform’s SEO strategy and content direction across the website and social media. She mentors editors, heads the Singapore editorial and branded content teams, and crafts compelling stories that drive audience engagement and commercial success. Under her leadership, Honeycombers Singapore hit a record-breaking 4 million monthly page views.
Beyond editorial and social media, Benita spearheads the company’s signature projects, including the Love Local Awards, which celebrates the best of Singapore’s homegrown brands. She has also lent her media expertise as a judge for the Singapore Tourism Awards and a speaker for Hack Your Own PR Singapore.

Natasha Oh
Head of Sales, Fulfilment, and New Markets
Natasha Oh spent the first half of her advertising career in media agencies, developing media strategies for clients in FMCG, automotive, luxury jewellery and watches – just to name a few. With traditional and digital media planning under her belt, she made the switch to a full client servicing role at Honeycombers right before Covid-19.
At Honeycombers, Natasha leads the Sales and Marketing teams, creating strategies based on market landscape and observation to provide valuable digital solutions for clients. She works in tandem with other teams to foster growth and build a strong name for the business.
