This one’s for the books – dreamy, whimsical and absolutely lush, The White Rabbit is a delightful place even on a regular day. The Mother’s Day brunch promises to be a treat with a stellar seafood bar, carving station and an English breakfast bar. Wanna pull out all the stops for mom this year? Well, take her to the gardens… The Villa at Singapore Botanic Gardens loves to go all out for this special day. The spread at this year’s buffet is incredible – think food stations loaded with pasta, a carvery (hello, Angus beef), and epic desserts). And mains include dishes like sautéed prawns with Sichuan pepper, kaffir lime marinated chicken leg, and pan-seared sea bass. Add on a cool $20++ and treat mumma to free-flow wine. You can spend all day there with mum and find it up with a surprise meal at Yan. The Cantonese restaurant on the fifth level of the National Gallery is serving special seven and nine-course Mother’s Day menus. ‘Cos nothing but superfoods for your own personal superwoman. The good guys at Yan have skillfully incorporated healthy ingredients like wolfberries, cordyceps and pearl powder into a selection of signature and special dishes.

Who doesn’t love a satisfying feast with the whole fambam? Both SPRMRKT locations will be hosting family-style brunches (serves 3 – 5) on Mother’s Day and the spread looks absolutely scrumptious. On the menu is a Himalayan pink salt-crusted sea bass with anchovy and capers tomato sauce, roasted chicken, salmon and spinach pasta with pink sauce and a bottle of Chateau Beaulieu, Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence rose.
