It’s brunch time! Enjoy a Mother’s Day Sunday brunch feast at Opus Bar & Grill with the entire family. Start with seafood on ice – think Boston lobster, tiger prawns and freshly shucked oysters. If mum loves rosé, this is the perfect afternoon tea sesh for her. The selection features six classic French desserts infused with Minuty M Rosé and made with a creative spin. Displaying the vibrant colours of spring, they’re made doubly big for double the enjoyment. Try the Fraiser Pot for fresh strawberries, almond sponge and strawberry coulis, or the Chocolate Rocher for a blend of decadent chocolate and peanut. 3. Lawry’s The Prime Rib Singapore

Treat the most beloved woman in your life to a fancy spread for Mother’s Day. If meaty delights are up her street, she’ll be blown away by the six-course menu at this restaurant along Orchard Road, which boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the city for a luxurious dining experience.
The Mother’s Day menu sees starters like seafood ceviche, goose foie gras and Hokkaido scallop taking the table. Tuck into a warm bowl of butternut squash pumpkin soup to whet your appetite. For mains, you can’t miss the signature prime rib of beef: this standing roast is aged up to 28 days for optimal tenderness and carved tableside for ultimate freshness. In the mood for a juicy slab of steak? Make a reservation at this new restaurant in Singapore for Mother’s Day. Meadesmoore’s special set menu starts with Babette’s blinis: buckwheat pancakes on a silver platter with caviar, chives, shallots, grated egg white and yolk, and creme fraiche. Next, nibble on pan-roasted scallops from Norway before you get to the main course – beouf a la ficele. The steak is poached, charcoal grilled and served in a beef broth with sherry and truffle glazed vegetables like baby carrots, zucchini and snap peas. Alternatively, the truffle and mushroom stuffed spring chicken is another option for your main. End off with a red velvet eton mess to savour bites of cake, white chocolate chantilly cream and cream cheese ice cream.
