Round up the fam for a scrumptious set dinner menu ($98++ per person) at this Bukit Timah steakhouse. You’ll start with roasted Hokkaido scallops served with chickpea salsa and Hollandaise sauce. Next up, a meaty combination of charcoal-grilled beef and pork: The Jack Creek’s Denver steak with fennel-infused maple sauce and sage-rubbed Borrowdale pork rack. All this comes with sides such as pommes purée (a light version of mashed potato) and mushroom fricassée (mushrooms sautéed in butter and garlic, with a splash of white wine).
Don’t forget the sweets! Enjoy the classic baked New York cheesecake with mixed berry compote and passion fruit sauce, or top up a little for more desserts.
