Founder of Zerrin

I hope we’re able to make an even bigger impact in Singapore and abroad. Personally (and despite the busyness!), I hope to find more balance in the way I approach work.
Tell us your story, how did you get here?
I’m proud of starting to build a team for my business. It’s been a real growth point for me personally and still is. Letting people in and having more people be part of the work was a big learning curve for me. Surrounding myself with new perspectives has only been beneficial for the company’s growth.
What impact have you made in Singapore?
We’ve helped more and more people access and learn about sustainable brands and have empowered more emerging labels to connect with new customers and grow their businesses. On our creative agency side (Zerrin Studio), we’ve also worked on over 60 projects (from consulting to creative) for independent brands.
What does 2022 look like for you?
At Zerrin, we plan to focus on strengthening our digital presence by creating more community-focused content and brand partnerships, while exploring avenues for bigger, shorter, themed pop-up experiences.
I hope we’re able to make an even bigger impact in Singapore and abroad. Personally (and despite the busyness!), I hope to find more balance in the way I approach work.
What do you love most about Singapore?
How easy it is to get around, the warm weather and the greenery which is on my doorstep!
What’s the one thing everyone can do to protect our home planet?
While I believe big brands and governments have the lion’s share of responsibility to mitigate the climate crisis, as citizens there are steps we can take that are under our control. From being more mindful of what you choose to buy and the companies you choose to support, to raising more awareness of the issues that matter to you within your own community.
Who is your Local Legend, and why?
My local legend is Sarah Baghrib!
