About Anita Chughtai
Founder of Miss Muffet Cake Boutique
Anita Chughtai founded Miss Muffet Cake Boutique in London and relocated to Singapore 15 years ago, where she built the brand into a sought-after name across international schools, corporate circles, and private celebrations.
After 7 years of running a brick-and-mortar studio, Anita evolved the business to serve Singapore’s growing appetite for thoughtful classroom celebrations, elevated corporate gifting, and beautifully designed seasonal collections - including her signature patterned tiffins filled with curated treats. Her second brand, Mm…, has developed a loyal following, with its banoffee pies becoming a consistent sell-out release.
Her work has been featured in Expat Living, Asian Bride, and Sassy Mama, and she has received a Rotary Club commendation for Excellence, Passion & Service to the Community.
Alongside her business, Anita has remained actively involved in community initiatives - travelling to Costa Rica to assist at a childcare facility in one of the country’s most underprivileged neighbourhoods, mentoring female entrepreneurs through Her Rise Above, and regularly supporting the local mosque and Society for the Aged Sick in Singapore.
Beyond baking, Anita is interested in the rituals that shape modern life - how we celebrate, how we gather, and how we sustain ourselves for the long run. She believes longevity - in business and in life - is built through small, intentional habits done consistently.
