Welcome to the suite life
Of course, we had to try the facilities on World Dream out for ourselves, and the whole experience staying at The Palace was amazing. You have access to a special lounge at the terminal, get fast-tracked when you’re boarding, so you can dodge any pesky queues, and you’re welcomed at your suite by your very own butler – fancy!
Inside you’ll find your suite super roomy, in fact you’ll probably forget you’re even on board one of the largest cruise ships in the world. There’s a bathtub for relaxing, a balcony for chilling out on, and Wi-fi, so you can keep everyone up-to-date with your escapades on social media: #DreamCruises
World Dream will wow you
And what about the rest of the ship? It’s jam packed full of fun, adventurous, and relaxing experiences to keep you entertained. Guests of The Palace have access to their very own pool deck, meaning they can dodge the crowds and catch some rays in a more private setting. One of our favourite parts of being on board, was sitting in one of the many hot tubs and watching the world go by, and if you’re in The Palace suites, they even have Jacuzzis at the very front of the ship, so you get 180-degree views of the ocean; it’s simply breathtaking. There’s a gym, saunas and plenty of games on deck to keep you occupied too, and that’s before you even start to explore the rest of the ship.
Get ready for some fun for the whole family on World Dream. It’s hard to believe, but there’s an entire waterslide park, a ropes course, a rock climbing wall, mini golf and an even an arcade full of fun games, not to mention the ESC Experience Lab that offers awesome VR experiences to keep you entertained.
On top of all that, the Little Dreamers Academy at Sea provides a range of fun and creative play opportunities for the smallest cruisers. Dress up parties, STEAM education sessions and regular Kids Music Jams will mean that every minute will be filled with fun and great memories for you and your family.
And what about the food?
When you’re staying at The Palace on World Dream, you don’t have to worry about getting hungry. Simply show your card at one of the many included dining destinations or bars and you’ll be living the good life in no time. We loved having a cocktail at Mixt before enjoying dinner at one of the six specialty dining destinations (you have to try the Chinese restaurant Silk Road for exceptionally delicious cuisine in a stunning location.) Of course guests at The Palace can opt to dine at the exclusive Palace Restaurant throughout the day and night too, a luxurious establishment serving everything from a buffet breakfast to high tea.
